Each year the Biz Dash 5K race takes place to promote health and wellness in the workplace. It is a tradition that goes all the way back to 2016, when it was initially designed to be a Thursday Happy Hour with a 5K run/walk for participants of all levels of runners. It is now known as the “St. Louis’ Healthiest Happy Hour” and is accompanied by a festival type atmosphere with tents, music, food, drinks, games, and more that participants can enjoy before and after the race.

This annual event is produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission to inspire St. Louis businesses and their employees to come together and celebrate our communities, build team camaraderie, and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. These organizations include corporations, small businesses, startups, and everything in between. It is a great way for colleagues from all walks of life to join together in the great outdoors and have some friendly competition with other businesses in their industries.

This year, the event was presented by World Wide Technology on Thursday, September 2nd. Tons of Company Teams came out to participate at the Ballpark Village in St. Louis, MO on that day. This included those from the CD Companies, such as Mark Maurer, Levi Hausman, Olivia Finan, and Carlos Goldberg.
