We partnered with a cannabis distributor to design a dispensary concept in the St. Louis suburbs, emphasizing soft lighting and a dramatic color palette for a warm, inviting ambiance. We are currently working on five locations in Missouri.

We partnered with KCC to remodel an existing gym into a high-end fitness facility, featuring a lobby, gym, session rooms, locker rooms, and a pool area with plunge pools and ice baths.

We collaborated with KCC on multiple Rumble Fitness Studio remodels, including stand-alone and two-level spaces, some in Landmark buildings. Designed to disrupt traditional group fitness, Rumble blends boxing workouts with custom design and Basquiat-inspired art.

This 23,245 SF single-story facility on 10 acres expands MDMC’s outpatient rehab, podiatry, and occupational medicine services. It includes therapy services, 10 exam rooms, imaging, phlebotomy, and testing areas. The site features parking for 124 vehicles and service access, with a total project cost of $8.5M.

This single-story facility expands the hospital’s primary care outreach, housing primary care and a rural health clinic. It features 20 exam rooms, a procedure room, behavioral health office, radiographic room, lab, and retail pharmacy. Built with a steel frame, brick, glass curtainwall, and wood-look panels, the site includes parking for 98 vehicles and a loading area.
