R|5 is a multi-disciplinary design studio. Our team touches a variety of physical environments, including site master planning, hospitality, restaurant, dwelling, workplace, luxury and specialty retail, as well as shopping centers, mixed-use properties, and exhibit design. We offer a unique perspective of global life experience and a distinctive design vision to provide an enhanced brand sensitivity and project ROI. Facet has an architectural staff of over 40 individuals, many with over 30 years of design experience. Civil Engineering by Casco Civil
CASCO Civil Engineering group provides comprehensive site development, stormwater drainage, and roadway design services. Coupled with the site development expertise of our project management staff, our civil engineering staff can help you through the difficult and highly regulated development process.
