As Prime Consultant, we led the design and construction of a 25,000 SF indoor water park and an 11,000 SF support facility, providing full A/E and MEP services.

CD Companies provided A/E and MEP services for three 5-story, 84,000 SF Residence Inn hotels in Florida and Alabama for OTO Development. Along with brand-compliant designs, we also designed the outdoor pools and surrounding spaces.

Great Wolf Resorts offer family-friendly, all-suite accommodations with up to 400 rooms and 40,000–100,000 SF of indoor entertainment, including arcades, fitness rooms, themed restaurants, spas, and supervised children's activities.

We redesigned and remodeled the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis, creating four distinct zones: a Fireside dining room for private events, a central lounge with soft seating, a secluded library, and a Top Golf Digital Swing Suite. These spaces function independently or as a cohesive venue for events. Additionally, we revamped the 1st-floor motor lobby, enhancing the reception, lounge, feature wall, concierge station, and garden to create a striking first impression.

Blue Harbor Resort, “An Elegant Affair on a Great Lake,” features 182 suites, 64 villas, diverse dining, a full-service spa, and a 43,000 SF indoor water park with an arcade.
