How COVID-19 is transforming hotel design, construction (via Construction Dive)

Our team has has the pleasure of doing hotel design and engineering work for clients such as Drury Hotels and the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis over the past few years. While this pandemic has greatly impacted the hospitality industry, it’s important to seek ways of transforming and reviving the industry.

Construction Dive provides some great insight on important changes in hotel design such as more outdoor seating options, more antibacterial finishes, and cleaner, more simple designs. The industry might take a while to spring back, but thankfully there are measures we can take as designers to combat some of these new challenges.
