Principal/Director of Architecture
Mike Sundermeyer is a Principal and Director of Architecture at CD Companies. He is a licensed architect in 11 states. Mike earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado – Denver. He is NCARB Certified, and a former Board member for the American Institute of Architects, local chapter. Mike manages CD Companies’ governmental division and collaborates with local and state governments on multi-faceted projects ranging from design studies, evaluations, and surveying to full architectural and engineering services. In addition, Mike is a Project Manager and partners with developers and national programs that provide various opportunities in design for both grounds up and renovation projects.
