CRESTWOOD CROSSING

This 46.97-acre redevelopment transforms the former Crestwood Plaza into a mixed-use site with 24.52 acres of commercial space and 22.45 acres of single-family residential. Our team handled planning, zoning, mass grading, infrastructure, and utility design. We also designed the 72,000 SF Dierbergs grocery store, 36,000 SF of additional commercial space, and provided MEP and structural services. Future phases will add more commercial and retail spaces.

As a longtime partner of Kite Properties, we led the revitalization of this aging shopping center, rebranding, modernizing architecture, and enhancing the exterior for a more inviting atmosphere.

For 15 years, we've partnered with CBL Properties, enhancing their nationwide mall portfolio with innovative design, due diligence, entitlements, and tenant fit-outs.

LDC PROPERTIES

We've been instrumental in LDC Properties' Midwest expansion, developing a strategic roll-out for Tire Express & Custom Wheels and reinforcing their industry leadership. Our collaboration also includes master planning mixed-use centers, integrating retail, residential, and commercial spaces to create thriving communities.

SHOPPES AT HAWKRIDGE

CD Companies completed site development for a 75,000 SF Dierbergs supermarket and 18,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, including architecture, civil, structural, and MEP engineering. CASCO Civil managed stormwater quality, bio-retention basins, and utility design for the 11.1-acre site.

We also handled offsite improvements, including road widening, turn lane additions, and intersection modifications at Orf Road, Ronald Reagan Drive, and Highway N.
