Peter is a Principal at CD Companies and has been leading the Eastern Regional Office in Edison, NJ for more than 30 years. He is registered in New Jersey, New York and Virginia. His experience includes account management, project management and quality control for numerous project types throughout the eastern U.S. Peter also has extensive experience in the preparation of Site Investigation Reports and providing due diligence services for both redevelopment and new ground up projects.
His experience includes management of the Eastern Regional Office, project management, quality control review and construction document preparation for warehouse, distribution centers, retail, hospitality, office, residential, and manufacturing buildings throughout the United States. Peter is detail oriented with respect to the preparation of construction documents and is an adaptive reuse specialist. He has been the Project Manager for hundreds of projects generally located all along the east coast.
Peter is also the Account Manager of four of CASCO’s national accounts ensuring that all management and design disciplines work in concert to obtain the client’s goals. He has extensive experience in the preparation of Site Investigation Reports and the due diligence required prior to redevelopment of an existing improved property or for site selection before a client makes their real estate transaction on a new property. Peter has been an expert architectural witness at over 75 planning and zoning hearings.
